أصدر الائتلاف المدني اليمني لرصد جرائم العدوان تقرير الاسبوع الثالث من العدوان مفنداً فية جرائم التحالف السعودي الأمريكي ضد اليمنيين .نص التقرير الصادر عن الائتلاف المدني اليمني لرصد جرائم العدوان :
تقرير الأسبوع الثالث عن حالة حقوق الإنسان والوضع الإنساني في اليمن
في الأسبوع الثالث وعلى مدى 21يوماً استمر القصف الجوي بطيران العدوان السعودي وحلفائه وعلى المدنيين في الشعب اليمني. حيث نفذ عشرات الآلاف من الطلعات الجوية والقصف على المدنيين. القصف الجوي بطيران العدوان السعودي وحلفائه خلف قتلى وجرحى من المدنيين أسفر عن ضحايا (572) قتلى و(1370) جرحى معظمهم جروحهم خطيرة، عدد الأطفال القتلى(220) طفل وفيات و(115) نساء قتلى. وفي محافظة تعـز القصف الجوي بطيران العدوان السعودي استهدف تجمعاً للسكان المدنيين المهمشين نتج عنه 15 وفيات و7 جرحى.
ضحايا العدوان: القتلى والجرحى هم من تعرضوا للقصف الجوي بالطيران في صنعاء وتعـز وذمار والحديدة وإب ومأرب والجوف والبيضاء.
وفي المحافظات الجنوبية: عدن، وأبين، وشبوة، والضالع، تشير الإحصائيات التي استطعنا الحصول عليها كإحصاءات أولية عن ضحايا المحافظات الجنوبية 45قتلى. القصف الجوي لطيران العدوان السعودي وحلفائه استهدف بحسب الإحصائيات المرصودة لدينا تدمير 120 منزلاً و23 محطة بنزين غاز و 43قاطرة نقل مواد غذائية و5 سيارات خاصة بركابها 3 مزارع حيوانات 24 طرقات وجسور و67 منشأة تعليمية و3 مدارس و4 صوامع غلال و45 أسواق شعبية و19 مصنع قطاع خاص و24 محطة كهرباء و27 مخازن مواد غذائية و6 مطارات مدنية و6 ملاعب رياضية و300 منشأة إدارية وحكومية، في ظل هذا القصف الجوي بتحالف العدوان تقع البلد تحت ظروف إنسانية تتطلب جهود استجابة دولية وإغاثة عاجلة وموقف دولي لوقف القصف الجوي لهذا العدوان. تقرير المفوضية السامية لحقوق الإنسان أشار إلى خطورة الوضع الإنساني نتيجة الحصار الجوي والبحري الذي حرم المدنيين من الحصول على الدواء والغذاء .
انقطاع الكهرباء نتيجة القصف الجوي: رصدت في محافظة صنعاء إصابة أسرة كاملة بحروق منهم 2 أطفال و2 نساء و3 ذكور، نتيجة لعملهم لإيجاد حلول بديلة للكهرباء واستخدام الغاز، حيث انفجرت اسطوانة الغاز بالمنزل مخلفة هذا الضحايا.
تحت القصف الجوي وتحت الحصار الممتد ثلاثة أسابيع تعاني المستشفيات من نقص في الإمدادات الدوائية وهذا يتطلب إنقاذ المرضى والجرحى وتحقيق استجابة لاحتياجات المرضى الطارئة والحالات الإنسانية الحرجة. في المستشفى الجمهوري ونتيجة للقصف الجوي يرقد في قسم الحروق مصابون نساء وأطفال ورجال حالتهم الصحية ومتطلباتهم العلاجية تتطلب السفر إلى الخارج في أقرب وقت عاجل بحسب تقارير الأطباء لعدم التمكن من معالجتهم.
القصف الجوي يمنع السيارات المتنقلة بين المدن للمدنيين من نقل المواد الغذائية ويفرض حضر على حق التنقل بين المدن وهذا يتعارض مع مبادئ حقوق الإنسان. نتيجة للقصف الجوي رصد من قبل الائتلاف جرائم وقعت في بني مطر – صنعاء، وتعـز – الجند، وأمانة العاصمة، ويريم، وصعدة، على المدنيين والسكان خلف وفيات لأسر كاملة لم يتبقى منها أحد، حيث توفيت أربع أسر كاملة عدد أفراد ما بين 5 إلى 8 لكل أسرة هذا الأسر انقرضت بالكامل، وهذا يعني إفناء الجنس البشري، واستئصال للنسل الإنسان من الحياة نتيجة لوفاة الجد والأب والأبناء وزوجاتهم، وهذا إبادة جماعية وجرائم ضد الإنسانية. نتيجة للحصار المفروض على البلد: عشرات الآلاف من المواطنين وعوائلهم يعلقون في المطارات الدولية لا يستطيعون العودة إلى بلدهم.
جهود المنظمات الدولية ومع خروج طواقمها من اليمن أوجد حالة إنسانية صعبة لا يعمل عليها أحد ومؤخراً وصلت إمدادات طبية بسيطة من قبل الصليب الأحمر منظمات اليونيسيف. الأمر الذي يدعونا إلى مناشدة المنظمات الدولية الإغاثية لأداء دورها الإنساني باليمن، والعمل بشكل عاجل على الاستجابة للظروف الإنسانية الطارئة والصعبة والحرجة. كما ندعو ونناشد كل أحرار العالم والمدافعين على حقوق الإنسان للعمل على وقف العدوان بأشكال التعبير السلمي والرفض الإنساني. عاشت اليمن حرة أبية.. عاش الشعب اليمني
Issued by the Yemeni civil coalition to monitor crimes of aggression Report on human rights and humanitarian crises in Yemen For the third week in a row f KSA and the international coalition continued their air sticks targeting the Yemeni civilians, the coalition made tens of thousands air raids on Yemen. The air sticks by KSA and the International coalition resulted (572) dead, (1370) injured (most of them have serious injuries), (220) dead children and (115) women. In Taiz the air raids targeted a marginalized locality resulting (15) dead and (7) injured. Victims of aggression: the dead and the wounded are those who were targeted by the air raids in Sana’a, Taiz , Dhamar , Hodeidah, Ibb, Marib , Al-Jawf and Al-Baidha. In the Southern areas: Aden, Abyan, Al-Dhalee and Shabwa the preliminary statistics we obtained indicate the results of the aggression is (45) dead The air raids of KSA and the International coalition targeted ,by the statistics we monitored ,destroyed 120 houses, 23 gas stations, 43 trucks contains food, 5 private cars, 3 animal farms, 43 roads and bridges, 67 educational facility, 3 schools, 4 grain silos, 45 market, 19 private sector factories, 24 electricity station, 27 food stores, 6 civilian airports, 6 stadiums and 300 administrative and governmental facilities. Under this aggression by the coalition the country lives under unbearable circumstances that need international response and immediate relief with a strict international position opposes the air strikes of the aggression. High Commissioner for Human Rights reported on the seriousness of the humanitarian situation as a result of air and sea blockade which deprived civilians of access to medicine and food. Power outages as a result of the air raids: In Sana’a Governorate we monitored a whole family burned, 2 of them are children , 2 women and 3 men, as a result of their trial to find alternative solutions of electricity and gas, where the gas cylinder exploded at home. Under air raids and under the prolonged siege that lasted for three weeks, hospitals suffer from a shortage of medical supplies and this requires saving the sick and wounded and to respond to the needs of patients and emergency humanitarian critical cases. In the Republican hospital as a result of air raids the patients are lying in the burns department women, children and men of their conditions requires to travel abroad immediately, according to doctors’ reports. The air sticks prevents any car that contains food to travel between the cities of and imposes on the civilian rights of movement between cities which contradict the human rights principles. As a result of air sticks by the Coalition,many crimes occurred in Bani Matar, Sanaa, Taiz Al-Janad,Sanaa, Yarim and Saada on the civilian causing the deaths of entire families, where four entire families died each family contains between 5 to 8 people, ,that means the annihilation of the human race, by the death of the grandfather, father and sons and their wives, and that genocide and crimes against humanity As a result of the blockade that imposed on the country: tens of thousands of citizens and their families pin at international airports cannot return to their country. Escaping many international organizations and with their crews made it worse and created a difficult humanitarian situation, recently simple medical supplies by the Red Cross UNICEF organizations arrived. And that what moved us to appeal to international relief organizations to perform its humanitarian role in Yemen, and to work urgently to respond to emergency and difficult and critical humanitarian conditions. We also call and appeal to all world human rights defenders and activists to work on stopping the aggression by their peaceful expression of humanitarian and rejection
