Almasira net:Abdul Salam: the Kuwait negotiations experience proved the failure of shorthand the crisis or fragmented the solutions and stopping the aggression and lifting the siege is a demand of the Yemeni people.
We emphasized on the offered truce to be with a comprehensive and full cease of military actions by land, sea and air , lifting the air embargo and return the flights to Sana’a
The official spokesman for Ansar Allah Mohammed Abdul Salam said that the UN envoy Ismail Wald Al Sheikh raised during his meeting with the delegation yesterday in the Omani capital Muscat, the subject of a cease-fire that begins with a preliminary truce continue for 72 hours from which to activate the local committees in the provinces that experiencing confrontations as his description and this agreement would be similar to the declaration of April 10.
According to the official spokesman of the delegation , that the delegation stressed on a truce that would be base on a comprehensive and full cease of military actions by land, sea and air , lifting the air embargo and the return flights to Sanaa.
The official spokesman said in a statement to Almasira net, that the delegation stressed on the demand of the Yemeni people which is to cease-fire and lifting the siege and to have it go practically by activating the local committees without any hindrance.
He Added , we stressed on the necessity for immediate processors for economic situation that the steps of transferring the Central Bank cause a confusion on the general situation and this is unacceptable and represents a collective punishment on the Yemeni people and the United Nations concerned to clarify its position of rejecting the transfer of the bank and change the Bank governor (Bin Hammam) for the public opinion and not only in private meetings with us.
With regard to the negotiations we demanded from Wald Al Sheikh to offer a comprehensive agreement plan that includes the aspects of presidency and government and necessary security arrangements to create security for all and shared by everyone and confront the danger of Al-Qaeda and ISIS.
The Official spokesman said that Wald Al Sheikh did not present a paper of a comprehensive agreement that was agreed and announced after Kuwait consultations and in some different positions, saying that he will, after completion of the installation of the truce, demanding now focus on discussing the security aspect of the solution only
However, we emphasized that despite the importance of the security arrangements, but the political arrangements is not less important and concentrate on one side without the other is impractical, given that a comprehensive solution in Yemen has become an urgent necessity caused by aggression for more than a year and a half and the Kuwait negotiations proved the failure of shorthand the crisis or on fragmented solutions and focus on some aspects without others in which it is interconnected issues and this establish the failure of the United Nations position after the Kuwait experience.
Mohammed Abdul Salam concluded his statement by saying that we must rely on a comprehensive and full solution offers formally by the United Nations as a platform to enter into direct discussions to formulate a comprehensive and final agreement
