A Mass Rally in Capital Sana’a Supporting the New National Rescue Government

The capital Sana’a witnessed yesterday afternoon in Tahrir Square a mass rally in support of the formation of the national rescue government.

Participants at the rally praised and congratulated the formation of the national rescue government that was created in response to the expectations and aspirations of the Yemeni people in strengthening the national line-up facing the US-backed Saudi aggression and the hardships endured by Yemen during the current phase.

Participants at the mass rally raised the flags of the Republic of Yemen and banners expressing their support for the new Government of National Rescue, and anti-Saudi American aggression as well as US foreign policy in the region banners.

Yemenis also chanted slogans expressing their support for the Government of National Rescue and its options of anti-American policy, including slogans such as ” a national rescue government endorsed by the Yemeni people,” “with our souls, with our blood, we’ll sacrifice ourselves for Yemen, we’ll sacrifice for you Sana’a and Aden”, “Yemeni people are one” and “we choose our own destiny.”

During the demonstration, the speeches of the political parties delivered by a member of the executive body, Aref Alamri, congratulated the formation of the new government, which was achieved at a difficult and challenging stage under the aggression of the US-backed Saudi coalition and the imposed air, sea and land siege on Yemen.

The declaration of the formation of the government coincided with the 49th anniversary of the Festival of Independence, the 30th of November, which is a glorious day for evacuating the last colonial soldier from the Yemeni land.
