John Kerry arrived to Oman

US Secretary of State John Kerry arrived to Oman in the early hours of this morning Monday .

According to the US State Department, Kerry will meet in Muscat, Sultan Qaboos and foreign Minister Youssef bin Alawi bin Abdullah to discuss the Yemeni crisis and efforts to reach a peaceful settlement of the conflict.

Kerry is scheduled to fly later to Abu Dhabi where he will meet Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed to discuss the challenges facing the region.
