Chairman Meets Ans District’s Sheiks, Dignitaries

Chairman of the Supreme Political Council Saleh Al-Sammad met here at the Republican Palace in Sana’a with sheikhs and notables from Ans district of Dhamar province.

In the meeting, which was held on Tuesday, al-Sammad hailed the positions of the district’s sheikhs and all sons of Dhamar province and their efforts in maintaining the social peace and security and the unity of the internal front and their sacrifices in defending the homeland and its dignity.

The meeting discussed the situations of Ans district and the national role of the district’s sons in confronting the US-backed Saudi aggression war and the unjust blockade imposed on the country.

The sheikhs and dignitaries of Ans confirmed that all Yemenis constitute a united front in confronting the aggression and its tools and purposes.
