Cabinet confirms Government’s support to army, popular committees

The Cabinet on Saturday confirmed the National Salvation Government’s support through all available means to the army and popular committees in the battle of defending Yemeni people’s sovereignty and dignity.

During its meeting chaired by Prime Minister Dr. Abdul Aziz bin Habtoor, the cabinet discussed the government’s role in supporting the steadfastness of front lines.

The meeting reviewed the heroic performance and legendary steadfastness of the army and popular forces in confronting the Saudi-aggression and its mercenaries in fighting fronts.

The cabinet listened to reports presented by Defense and Interior Ministers on the situations in the fighting fronts and the high readiness of the army and popular forces to face any new schemes by the aggression.

The cabinet valued the big popular support to the army and popular forces during the last period, stressing the importance of continuing and enhancing this role in order to defeat the aggression and foil its plans aimed to destroy Yemen.

The cabinet emphasized on providing all aspects of support and care to the martyrs’ families, in addition to treating the wounded until recovering.

In the meeting, the cabinet approved to form a committee in charge of putting policies and executive procedures for the government’s program.
