US-Saudi coalition still using internally banned cluster bombs in Yemen

Since March 2015, the armed coalition led by Saudi Arabia has been using cluster bombs in the air strikes against Yemenis.

In this context,the US-Saudi aggression warplanes pounded on Thursday citizens’ houses in Sa’ada province, using internationally banned cluster bombs.

An official source said that the city of Sa’ada and its districts were hit with internally banned cluster bombs in shameful international silence.

As well as the use of cluster bombs in a densely populated area such as Sanaa shows complete disregard for human life.

All members of the Saudi-led coalition should cease all use of cluster munitions and should be held accountable for war crimes associated with their use.”
