The First Exhibition for Prototypes of the Yemeni Unmanned Drones

President of the Supreme Political Council “Saleh Al-samad” has inaugurated on Sunday, February 26, 2017, an exhibition of the homemade unmanned drone built by the air defense of Yemen.

The exhibition contains the prototypes of the Yemeni unmanned drones which will lead the Yemen fighters to the targets as well as intelligence, survey work, and so forth.

The defens unit explained the basic types of the first stage of production, namely; Hodhod-1, Rased, Al-Raqib and their technical and combat features for the implementation of the role of locating and monitoring positions stationed by enemy forces, their hardware as well as members and then send the coordinates to the missile unit and artillery forces to launch necessary attacks.

The aircrafts have been tested successfully. The move came successfully after 700 days of aggression and all-out siege committed by the US-Saudi aggression coalition, which is considered a strong message to the enemy.

Meanwhile, the Vice President of the Supreme Political Council, Dr. Qasim Labuza and Chairman of the National Government of Salvation, Dr. Abdul Aziz Bin Habtoor expressed their happiness and pride in this great qualitative achievements which represents a victory for the will of Yemen in the face of a Saudi American aggression.
